COSTI’S FAMOUS FISH NORTHBRIDGE PLAZA
Northbridge Plaza is located on Eastern Valley Way. Features a modern Woolworths Supermarket, banks, grocers, butchers, bakers, chemists and a range of specialty shops.
The shop prior to the refurbishment was a fresh and cook fish shop with no customer seating area. Our client wanted to create a new seating area adjacent to the fish shop so that customers could seat and eat in a relaxed, intimate atmosphere. Also this area will be converted to Costi’s Seafood cooking school at night.
Our brief was to follow with the consistent branding which is the elegant, coastal undertones of the Hamptons, New York.
The final shop design and presentation reflects this style by it’s casual, relax beach living but done in a classic way, with the introduction of plain white with a hint of softness, tongue and groove paneling finish with porter’s wood wash applied to the shopfront displays, white ceramic tiles, timber flooring and dark pendant lights for a dramatic contrast to white walls, columns and ceiling.
Also with the addition of a relaxed, intimate seating area for customers we created a new Bish Shop / café style solution.
