EATING & DRINKING - Organicus Kitchen & Pantry, Manly
The location for the Organicus Kitchen and Pantry in Darley Road, Manly. Our Client Nici Andronicus is a former Australian pentathlon champion, who runs "Organicus" a business specialising in manufacturing and supply of organic produce for the food service industry. Design Integrity worked closely with Nici on her business philosophy and procedures. The overall design proposal incorporates pockets of different seating arrangements to cater for different targeted customers: banquette, bar, tables and chairs seating. The proposed finishes are warm, earthy, natural and the materials where possible are eco-friendly and recyclable. One of the many highlights of this project is the public view into the kitchen in order to showcase the freshly made food.
